Error codes on Tassimo machines usually point to a specific condition: a full drip tray, an empty water tank, a stuck brew unit, or scale buildup. The most common codes are listed in our error code flashing guide — most are cleared by a power reset or a descaling cycle.

Water Leaks

Water leaking from a Tassimo machine is usually a loose hose, a worn seal, or a drip tray that is not seated correctly. Dry the machine and trace where the water appears during a brew cycle — most leaks are repairable without a service visit. Full steps in our leaking water guide.

Tassimo machine not working — won't brew
